Response timeline
- Upon receiving a complaint, we will contact the complainant promptly, we recommend within one business day, confirming that the complaint is being considered and advising the complainant when a response can be expected.
- Complaints must be resolved by the end of 15 business days following receipt of the complaint. A complaint is counted as resolved when a final response is issued to the complainant.
- In exceptional circumstances, where a final response cannot be issued within 15 business days of receipt of the complaint, the process may take up to a maximum of 35 business days from the date of receipt. In those cases, TCCL must be notified and a compelling rationale must be available for not resolving the case within 15 business days.
